You can choose to be the child's only sponsor and select all of the shares, or you can choose a portion of the shares and another sponsor(s) will take the remaining shares. Anderson lives in Grand Goave with his sister, 2 brothers, and their parents. They have a family farm and Anderson’s chore is to help water and weed it. He didn’t like the repetitive work when he was younger but he likes it now that he’s also involved in planting and harvesting. Anderson loves to watch the plants grow and he’s seen the difference when there are no weeds to impede their growth.
Anderson enjoys school and appreciates the opportunity he has to attend. His parents requested assistance from Alongside as they are struggling to pay for his education and they know how much he wants to graduate.
Anderson’s favorite subject is science and he’s thinking of pursuing a degree in agriculture.
